Biography
Howard Franklin was born in 1842. Howard Franklin was the child of Ebenezer Pool and Jerusha Norwood. [1] He married Elizabeth Colby in Lynn, Massachusetts on March 21, 1874.[2] Howard Franklin passed away in 1910. [3]
