1762 John Pettypool of Granville County NC to Robert Glidwell of Halifax County VA, 404 acres on both sides of Blew Whing Creek beginning at Seat's [Seth's] corner at Fountain line. 13 Dec 1762, recorded 17 Feb 1763.

1768 John Pettypool of Granville County NC 400 acres on the branches of Tewagahony Creek to John Shotwell of Mecklenburg County VA land in Mecklenburg County VA, WIT: Spencer Pescod, Hayden Pryor, John Green. The deed was acknowledged by John Pettypool and Sarah, his wife 13 Jun1768.

Heirs of the said John P.Pool Decd & Sanford Dixon, John Dixon, Jacob Dixon, Henry Humphreys in right of his wife & William Dixon begat on the body of Agnes Dixon his wife heirs at Law of the sd John P.Pool.

Logustin went to court, 3 Feb 1812, to declare his mother "insane" and have the court care for the estate.

October 1813 inventory of the estate papers of her husband, John, Sarah was mentioned by her son Logustine as being deceased.

Granville County North Carolina, Deed Book X, Pg. 282, 3 Mar 1814 all the children of Sarah are selling their share of land to William Wilkerson.
