Surviving are three sons, Joseph K. Poole of Poolesville, Ronald C. Poole and wife Karen of Frederick, MD, William R. Poole and wife Leslee of Damascus, MD; one sister, Mary F. Woodfield of Rockville, MD; one brother, Lenwood H. Poole of Georgia; four grandchildren, Shannon Adams, Katharine Spain, Kara Poole and Christopher Poole. Bill was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles L. Poole, Francis R. Poole and one sister, Anna M. Poole[1]
