Biography

Born in Bertie or Johnson County, North Carolina in 1708.

we know that his wife was named "Sarah" and he had two sons , John and Thomas and one daughter Sarah.

I have done my best to transcribe his will, although I could not read every word, there is enough to the the sense of the document.

Since the will was made in 1771 and probated in 1772- we can safely guess that he died in either 1771 or 1772
