A previous version of this profile claimed, without source, that she was a daughter of John Porter and Anne White. Their list of known and documented children include no one named Abigail. She has been detached as their daughter.

It has been suggested--According to her parentage records, Abigal was Orphaned at the age of 4. Both of her parents died in England in 1619 and would have likely been raised by her nearest relatives. Father being David Porter and Anna. (Anna -possibly Daughter of Richard Smith and Agnes Hulcocke (Wraske) ).^{[citation needed]}

Biography

Abigail married about 1634 Thomas Olcott.^[1] She survived him.
