Biography

David Porter, son of David and Thankful Porter of East Windsor was born there in the English Connecticut Colony.

He married Margaret Olmsted in 1756. They had three children, Moses, Eraphras, and Abigail.

Research Note

David's burial location has not been identified. His wife Margaret and son Eraphras are buried in the Old Norwichtown Cemetery, Norwich, New London Co., Connecticut.[1]
