Biography

"Thomas Porter, of Thomas Porter, b. Feb. 3, 1671/2. He was a cordwainer. Removed from Weymouth to Taunton, about 1701. ... He married Abigail, daughter of Capt. John and Abigail (Pierce of Capt. Michael,) Holbrook. She was born 1675. He died about 1754, as his estate was divided in that year." [1]
