Elizabeth S Porter was born about 19 Jan 1771 in Cornwallis, Kings, Nova Scotia, daughter of Israel Porter (1740– ) and Elizabeth Harris (1746–1826).

Her siblings were:

Elizabeth (14) married Ludwig Steeves (25) (born on 26 Feb 1760 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; son of Johann Heinrich Stieff and Regina (Stahlecker) Stieff) in 1786 in Hillsborough, New Brunswick. Their known children were:

Elizabeth died on 17 Jan 1850 in Turtle Creek, New Brunswick, aged about 78.[1]

Porter-13795 and Porter-3866 appear to represent the same person because: These two Elizabeths are the daughters of the same parents. Same birthday, but 4 years apart (that should be clarified somehow).
