Biography

He is the son of Stewart Porter and Phydella Williams.

Elected to County Board of School Examiners for Lapeer Co., Michigan^[1] and appointed to a Board of (voter) Registration for the newly formed Village of North Branch^[2] in 1881.

Daughter Cora is informant on death cert.
