Biography

Elmer was the son of Rosa Austin Porter. Elmer married Ruby Collins, he is buried at Fairview cemetery Preble Co. Ohio

Elmer was a stepson of John Todd Porter, Lilian's uncle. Note: "Elmer is a Austin, He has no Brothers, his name was Austin when my Uncle John Todd Porter , married his Mother Rosa she never had any more children"[1]

Yeah, OK, I see where the confusion was happening - importing a GEDCOM does not keep information like "step-parent" and just chucks them in as the parent. I don't have a biological father for this person, we are in very distant relative territory, I apologize for not realizing and removing that before.

Note: Wikitree warns that the father was too young at the birth of this profile. Comments below indicate that John Todd Porter married the mother after Elmer's birth, so maybe he was not the father?

Austin-5721 and Porter-6176 appear to represent the same person because: I don't know who set these as "rejected" but they're incorrect - my GEDCOM info was not right, because I don't know anything about these people - all my connections are from free info on Ancestry, and I apologize.
