Interment #61280 "Vivian Lydia MacLeod female, aged 75 years, born at Toronto, died at Toronto 7 February 1964 of carcinoma of pancreas, interred 10 February 1964 (Rev. C. Murray officiating) in the north grave [H Hill, Lot 121, St. James' Cemetery, Toronto]; religion United Church; funeral arrangements through Humphrey Funeral Home; address at time of death 119 Broadway Avenue" ^[1]

Her headstone refers to her as Vivian Porter, rather than as Lydia, so I am assuming that the prefered Name should be Vivian. Also the headstone gives her year of death as 1964. ^[2]
