This wikitree record for Robert Potter, matches up with the book - children, 2nd spouse Sarah that married 2nd, John Sanford. Should he be linked to these parents instead?
I hate going back this far but am trying to figure out my record for Robert Potter, Potter-2587 so looking around.
Because Robert is a featured sketch in RC Anderson's Great Migration Series, we can be pretty sure that the list of children he has given for Robert is accurate and well researched. Ichabod is not included in that list. He should not be attached as a child of Robert.
Since we're uncertain as to Dorothy's maiden name, can/should she be removed as Ichabod's mother?
When I mouse over the connected Dorothy and look at her spouses, she's connected to another Nathaniel Potter Nathaniel Potter Sr. (bef.1618-abt.1644) - dates of both Nathaniel's differ, so proposing a merge of both Nathaniel's would not be beneficial at this time.
