Biography
Herbert was born in 1864. He is the son of James Poulter and Catherine Donovan. He was the only son to his father. He was born to his father's first wife, Catherine Agnes. She died in 1865 and his father remarried. He married Margaret Anne Lambert about 1898. [1]
