Biography

Thomas was born in 1816 in Wales. He was the son of Thomas Powell Sr (1763-1850) and Ann (Lewis) Powell (1771-1838). He married Margaret Davies, who died in 1862, and Elizabeth (Morgan) Powell (1822-1893). He died in Utah in 1899, and is interred in the Ogden City Cemetery.^[1]
