Biography
Walter was born about 1814. He is the son of George Powell and Charlotte Unknown.
The events of Walter's life were either witnessed by Hugh Powell or Hugh plans to add sources here later. It might be, and I have come across more children. I had made notes and will have to confirm the notes. More children being Emma Dean Powell, Ada Powell, Mary Isabel Powell Born 1856, Minnie Louise Powell Born 1853.
