Herbert B Powell was enumerated as son of the head of household at Jackson Street, Northeast Monmouth, Polk County, Oregon for the January 5, United States Census, 1920. He was noted as born 1904 in Oregon and single as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Ira C Powell, wife Ethel J Powell, son Clares C Powell and son Ira D Powell.[2]
