Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies. If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles. Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations. Hi I'd really like to find out where my Powell and Arnold line leads to. Talmadge Lamar Powell senior was my grandfather and Reva Ann Arnold was my grandmother. Parents of Talmadge Lamar Powell Jr. my father. I've come across a lot of both names, but I don't have enough info to put anything together. I know a lot of that part of the family is from Georgia.

If you just want to look things up, or upload a GEDCOM for match, you do not need to take further actions.

If you want to contribute to WikiTree (add profiles, collaborate etc.), you must sign up as a volunteer. Doing so I will ask you to tell a little about your plans on your profile page. Do not volunteer unless you plan to contribute please!

After volunteering you can sign the HONOR CODE. You'll then become a full member and can help grow WikiTree through participation in the community. WikiTree also have MENTORS in case you need guidance.
