Lewis was born about 1786. He passed away about 1871. Lewis was born on 1 January 1786 in Of, Floyd, Kentucky.[1]

Lewis married Elizabeth Prather on 15 January 1807 in , Floyd Co., KY.[2]

Lewis died at the age of 85 on 9 September 1871.[1]
