In 1881, he was living with his grandmother Mary, age 100, and sister Martha.
He married, 25 Nov 1885, Eunice E. North, d/o William A and Nancy North. She was born 10 Mar 1867.
In 1891, he was living with his family in Centreville, Kings Co., Nova Scotia.
In 1901, he was living with his wife, 3 children and mother-in-law, Nancy North, in Centreville.
He died 1904 and is buried in the First Cornwallis Baptist Church Cemetery.
Eunice married (2) 15 Mar 1911 in Sheffield Mills, Zacharias West of Hall’s Harbour. She died after 1930 when her second husband died. She later moved to Joliette, Quebec.

Sydney, b. 15 Jun 1895, in 1911 living with his mother and step-father, Zecharuis West in Halls Harbour.
Ralph W., b. Feb 1903, in 1911 living with his mother and step-father, Zecharuis West in Halls Harbour, d. 27 Feb 1919.
