Theodore Vogan Power was born on 7 Nov 1895 in Greenwood Township, Crawford, Pennsylvania, United States, son of Frank Preston Power (1860 - 1938) and Hetta Matilda (Vogan) Power (1869 - 1966).
His sister was Anna Irene (Power) Hart (1899 - 1971).
Theodore married Ada Leola Walker (1895 - 1982) in 1919. Their son was Robert M Power (1925 - 1999).
Theodore died on 17 Oct 1986 in Meadville, Crawford, Pennsylvania, United States of America aged 90.
