Biography

William was born in 1885. He was the son of Forest Powers and Alice Parvin. William killed the man who killed his brother, Oliver Lee Powers. After the shootout, William returned to Idaho where he contracted Rocky Mountain Spotted fever and died in 1923. No evidence that William ever married has been found. [1]
