Biography
Archibald Prater Jr. was born 13 Jan 1794 in Russell, Virginia. He married Elizabeth Powell 5 Feb 1818 in Nicholas Co, Kentucky. They were parents to several children (not all listed here):
- Allen Dial Prater 1822–1884
- Louisa Prater Bateman 1832–1894
- Martha Ellen Prater Van Kirk 1837–1916
- Archibald Prater 1844–1881
He died in 1 May 1885.
