Biography

Samuel Prather was born circa 1728, in Prince George's county, Maryland, a son of William Prather and his wife, Martha married between 1722 and 1724, in Prince George's county. About November 30, 1750, in Rock Creek Parish, Prince George's county, Maryland, Samuel married Susannah Aldridge, born in Prince George's county, Maryland, a daughter of John and and Eleanor Aldridge, married about 1732, in Prince George's county. [1]

Samuel and Susannah became the parents of children, William, John, Anne and Eleanor Aldridge Prather. [2]

Samuel died March 23, 1785, in Frederick, Frederick county, Maryland. [3]
