Research Notes
It is presumed that the 85 year old Mary on the 1850 census with Solomon is the same person that married him as Polly in 1823, however, this does present some date problems as she would be too old to be the mother of his youngest children, if that age is correct for her.
Prater, Prator or Praytor. My notes state "Her first husband's last name could of been Prater or Praytor". Also, notes state "Last name could be Channing or Champion" source; as given in the Whiteley's Manuscript.
