Biography

Foy is the son of Albert Pratt and Minerva Kimball.

The home of Mr. and Mrs. B. B. Shaw of Carlisle was the scene of a very pretty wedding on Wednesday, June 19, when their daughter, Inez Mabel was united in wedlock to Foy Gilbert Pratt of Carlisle. Rev. A. L. Tedford was the officiating clergyman. (The Observer, 27 June 1912) They lived at Somerville New Brunswick.[1]
