Biography

Sarah Prescott was born to John Prescott and his wife, Mary Gawkroger (Platts). She was baptized at Sowerby, Halifax Parish, England in 1637.^[1]

She married Richard Wheeler August 2, 1658 in Lancaster, Worcester County, Massachusetts. ^{[2] [3]}

Sarah Wheeler married Joseph Rice, February 22, 1677/8 in Dedham, Massachusetts. after the death (Indians) of Richard Wheeler.^{[4] [5]}

Sarah Rice died November 20, 1727 at Sudbury, MA. ^[5][6] NOTE: An alternate date of death for Sarah has been shown as August 25, 1714, but no sources have been provided.
