Nashval was born in 1925, the daughter of Jessie D Presley and Minnie Hood and the youngest sister of Vernon Presley, Elvis Presleys Father. She was a Licensed and Ordained Assembly of God preacher. She and her husband, William Earl Pritchett had moved to Wynne, Arkansas about six months prior to her death. She is the mother of four children, Jessie Earl Pritchett, Jerry Wayne Pritchett, Donna Kay Pritchett Early and Karen Sue Pritchett.
