Sophronia, aka Frona, was born January 26, 1868 in Tennessee according to her death certificate. She was the daughter of Henry Price and Harriett Hopper both born in Tennessee according to the same document.

According to the 1870 census^[1], Sophronia was living with her parents, Henry and Harriett Price and her brothers, John and Henry in civil district 3 of Claiborne County, Tennessee.

In the 1880 census^[2], Froney and her parents, Henry and Harriett, along with her siblings, John, Henry, James, Mary Ann, and Soloman lived in civil district 1 of Claiborne County, Tennessee.

Frona married Green Hatfield.

In the 1900 census^[3], Frona and Green lived in civil district 13 of Claiborne County, Tennessee with their children, John, Marshel, Henry, Nora, and Loyd.

In the 1910 census^[4], Frona and Green were living in civil district 8 of Claiborne County, Tennessee along with their children, John, Marshel, Henry, Nora, Floyd, Leonie, Arthur, and Albert.

According to the 1920 Census^[5], Frona and her husband, Green along with their children, Leonie, Arthur, and Albert lived on Winchester Avenue in Middlesboro, Bell County, Kentucky.

In the 1930 census^[6], we have Frona along with husband, Green; son, Albert; daughter-in-law, Bertha; and grandson, John F., living in civil district 1 in Campbell County, Tennessee.

In the 1940 census^[7], Frona was living with her husband, Green; granddaughter, Clara; and grandson, Green, in civil district 1, Campbell County, Tennessee.

She passed away on October 28, 1942^[8] in Lafollette, Campbell County, Tennessee and was laid to rest in the Carr Cemetery^[9].
