At the battle of Chancellorsville, D.W. was wounded in the arm and was hospitalized in Staunton, Augusta Co., Va. (Note: He was released back to duty on 4 June 1863. After the war, a record was found in 2016, for a marriage between David Wesley Price and Ann Fuller on March 24, 1864 in Staunton, Augusta Co. On December 16, 1864, a child was born to this union - Nettie Price. No divorce record has yet been found.
