Note: There is no evidence I find anywhere for the parentage of this person. If there were it should be listed in Adventurers of Purse and Person, and it is not. I've also never seen any evidence anywhere else.

Joseph Price performed Patriotic Service in Virginia in the American Revolution.

Will of Joseph Price of Littleton Parish, dated 23 October 1779. Son Edmond; son Joseph Shores Price; grandson, Joseph Flippen; son John Price; grandaughter Sukey Price; grandson Joseph, son of my sons Joseph Shores and Edmund and to any son of my son John which shall be named Joseph; daughter, Mary Flippen, her son Joseph; each of my daughters, Elizabeth Rowlen, Ann Thomas, Judith Gunter and Sarah Palmers; son-in-law Phinebas Thomas; my daughters Mary, Elizabeth, Ann, Judith and Sarah..." Includes codicil regarding Phinebas Thomas attempt to claim estate under false pretense or any others attempting to do so. ^[1]
