Biography
Charles Richard Price was privately baptised on 21 March 1837, and publicly baptised at the parish church of Chesterton in Oxfordshire (or received into the church) on 24 November 1837, as the son of Aubrey Charles and Theodora Ann Price, of Chesterton. His father was a clergyman and vicar. [1]
In 1841 Charles R. Price was living at Chesterton with Charles and Ann Price (presumably his parents) and their other children. His age was given as 4, implying a birth date in 1836 or 1837. [2]
