William Price was born in 1792 at Chelmsford, Essex, England. He was the son of William Price and Sarah (Smith) Price.
William Price arrived in the colony of New South Wales as a convict arriving 1816 on the 'OCEAN' sentenced for Housebreaking at Buttsberry Essex and transported for life.
William Price married Ann Cooler on 21 September 1818 at Richmond, New South Wales, Australia.
William Price passed away on 28 May 1877 at Richmond, New South Wales, Australia aged about 85 years.
