Biography

Francis was born in Pipton, Breconshire, Wales, about 1838. He was the son of William Price and Elinor Savigar. He was baptized on June 17, 1838 in Glasbury, Breconshire.

He passed away on March 19, 1865, and was buried in Llanthetty, Brecknockshire, Wales.
