Biography

William Thomas Pritchard was born 12 Feb 1868 in TN. His parents were Jake Pritchard and Francis, both born in TN.[1]

In 1870, Thos, 1, was living in Carroll, TN with his parents, Jason, 25, and Frances, 26. He was born in TN.[2]

In 1880, William T, 12, was living in Caddo, Clark, AR with his parents, C.J, 37, and Francis, 40. Also in the household were Peter, 10, and Edney, 6. William was a farm hand on the family farm. He was born in TN.[3]

Emma Swanner and W.T. Pritchard were married 1 Jan 1893 in Stephens, TX.[4]

In 1900, Thomas, Feb 1869, was living in Stephen, TX with his wife, Emaline M, 25. Also in the household were Francis I, 5,and Elsie E, 1. Thomas and Emaline had been married 7 yrs. She had given birth to 3 children, 2 still alive. Thomas was a farmer.[5]

In 1920, Thomas, 50, was living in Schulter, Okmulgee, OK with his wife, Mary, 40. Also in the household were Gertrude, 14, Sadie, 12, Lois, 4, and Wannata, 5 mo. Thomas was a coal miner. They were renting their house.[6]

William Thomas Pritchard died 12 June 1930 in Smith, Dallas, AR. He was a widower of Mary Pritchard. He wasn't employed at death but was a coal miner and farmer when younger. His cause of death was tuberculosis with 3 yr duration. He was buried in Hunters Chapel.[1] According to a note on findagrave. He was married to Emmeline Margaret Swanner 1 Jan 1893 in Stephens, TX. He married a widow, Mary Hazelton Davis 11 Mar 1913 in Clark, AR.[7] .
