Biography

Sarah was born about 1762. She was the daughter of Thomas Pritchard and Rachel Davis. She married Thomas Smarr before 1789 in Virginia. They had two children. Fanny Smarr, born about 1789 and Thomas Smarr born 18 December 1794 in Loudon County, Virginia.

Sarah's husband Thomas Smarr died about 1795 in Loudon County, Virginia.

She married second Cornelius Skinner on 17 August 1799 in Loudon County, Virginia. (There is a chancery suit mentioning Cornelius Skinner intermarried with Susan Smarr, executrix of John Smarr, deceased.)
