DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Frederick by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Frederick:

Propst-620 and Propst-227 appear to represent the same person because: same name, same parents, same siglings, birth and death compatible

This is a direct grandfather proved through DNA. However, wikittree does not have Capt. Propst and Barbara Swadley as the parents of Sophia Propst who married Nicholas Heavner. It has Frederick's brother Daniel as her father. I will try to correct without messing things up.

Propst-232 and Propst-227 appear to represent the same person because: clear duplicate. I believe the birth date on the ophaned profile is incorrect, but if that is the case then Corell-9 is the mother and not Mclaughlin-1

Propst-232 and Propst-401 appear to represent the same person because: Exact same person in all respects except for birth year which is wrong in profile Propst-232. His birth year is 1748 and his spouse' is 1749. Please approve of the merge and then complete the process merging the unsourced Propst-401 into the better developed Propst-232 but correcting Propst-232 birth year. Thank you for your help. Leigh Anne.
