Biography
Richard was born in 1798. Richard Prouty, son of Richard and Elizabeth (Howe) Prouty[1]. He passed away in 1774.[2]
In 1729, Richard between the age of 14 nd 21, made the choice of his brother James to be his guardian.[3]
