Sarah (Puckett) Dye was a North Carolina colonist.

Sarah "Sally" was born in about 1765 in North Carolina. She married Avery Dye on May 28, 1785 in Warren County, North Carolina. [1] [2] Sally died in Missouri. [3]

Research Notes

  • Warren County, North Carolina, was not created until 20 Jan 1779, from Bute County. She therefore could not have been born there. Spratlin-29 16:55, 20 October 2021 (UTC)

Puckett-2587 and Puckett-401 appear to represent the same person because: These are the same. Only the death date needs to be reconcilled. Find A Grave, the only death record showing, is not reliable. It even states that the person may not be buried there. An approximate date, or latest known living time could be used.
