William Sr. and wife, Elizabeth are living with some of their children in Lexington, Fayette, Kentucky in 1860. Their eldest daughter, Emily (Prather) and her family are living a couple houses away. William is farming. The children still at home are Waller, Nathaniel, Mary, Robert, and Caroline.[1]
William Pulley Sr. and his family are living in Palestine, Cooper, Missouri in 1870. William is farming, as are all the older family members, which includes his wife, Elizabeth, and children Waller, William Jr. (recently widowed), Nathaniel, Robert, Caroline, and William Jr.'s children: Stephen, Annie, Mollie, James; and William Sr's brother, Carolus.[2]
