Annie Pulsifer was born to Howard Pulsifer and Jessie Hubley in 1905 in Hammonds Plains, Halifax County, Nova Scotia.
On January 21, 1919 at the age of 13 years 8 months, Annie died of influenza after only a week of illness. Death Registration records residence at death Beaverbank, Halifax County. She was buried in Hammonds Plains.
