Hi Lynn, thank you for your message about the merges of the 3 Sarah Hosmers. The merges that Tim proposed were the right ones - the two higher numbered IDs into Hosmer-1113. One of those merges still needs to be completed. I had proposed a merge of only the two higher IDS as I wasn't aware of Hosmer-1113, so I removed that one, as it was wrong. Everything will be exactly right, once the proposed merge of Hosmer-1465 into Hosmer-1113 that Tim proposed is completed. To find that merge, go to pending merges on the 'find' menu at the top RHS of any profile page, and pick 'pending merges waiting for action by me'. Kind regards.
I checked out that family tree site. The main thing with wikitree is the records. It needs to be verifiable. That is the result we are all working on. The source the person on that site uses is a book and the author of the book states right in the beginning that she does not have records or proof for the families being the way they are, she is just putting them in how she thinks they are. Records show Ephraim as Eliza's father. I am wondering if maybe Ephraim is the one who you are looking at and this is the granddaughter. Maybe he had a sister and daughter named Eliza. I will be checking into that possibility and into Ephraim's parents to see if they match up with that info or if he is a different one.

Yes, I agree to abide by the nine simple rules and am looking forward to seeing more of the family genealogy for the John Edmond Purcell descendants. I originally was from Michigan and now reside in Mexico
