On April 1, 1935, Alton Pyle lived in rural Miller County, Arkansas.[1]

Alton Pyle was enumerated as head of the household at Sulphur Township, Miller County, Arkansas for the April 19, United States Census, 1940. He was noted as born 1905 in Texas and married. He rented a home and was a farmer as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are wife Bessie Pyle, daughter Louise Pyle, son Tilman Pyle and son Bobby Pyle.[1]
