Amanda was born in 1856. She was the daughter of Joseph Pyle and Harriet Shepler. She passed away in 1923.[1] Obituary
Fairmount, Feb. 7, - Mrs. Amanda J. Collins, 67, died last night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James C. Albertson, as the result of a stroke of paralysis which she suffered last Sunday. She was the widow of the late James Nicholas Collins and had lived in Fairmount for many years. Funeral services will be Thursday afternoon. Burial will be at the Park Cemetery in Fairmount.
