Biography
Charles was born about 1914. He was the son of Peter Quinn and Elizabeth Tierney. At the age of 26 he worked as a salesman in the department store industry, for an annual income of $960. He was never married and had no children. He lived with his sister Helen Quinn. He passed away about 1980.
