Note: Obituary: Died: Mrs. Mary Sweeney, wife of David Sweeney, his residence at Millville. Sunday, Janary 12, 1890 of influenza, aged 64 years.Mrs Sweeney was born in Limerick Ireland, and came to America with her parents when a child. She, with her husband, moved to Oakwood on the 1st day of June 1857, and they have lived in the town ever since. She was the mother of seven children all living, except the wife of Wm Barry, of West Albany. She left two sons John and Patrick and a daughter Dora who are now living in Neihart MT., two daughters living in Millville, Mrs. John McGuigan and Mrs. Michael Leonard, and a so n, David living at Great Falls Montana.Mrs Sweeney was ill for only a very short time. She was buried Wednesday at the Catholic church in West Albany, Rev. Father Fox officiating. Mrs Sweeney was a woman of a very retiring disposition and lovable character. Her sudden death wi ll be greatly mourned.
