Marriage
Thomas Rackley and Mary Williams were married after banns at St Mary's, Witney, Oxfordshire on 9th October 1826.[1] They were both of the parish. Neither could write so they both made their mark on the register with a cross and the witnesses to the marriage were Joseph Williams and Ann Beal.
