== Biography ==>/<Born 10-07-1935 in Peru NB. USA. Grew up on farms until 1948. When parents divorced, I was raised in Anthon and Moville Iowa, not far from Sioux City, Iowa. Moved to Sioux City, graduated from Central High, Enlisted in the Army 10 days later. Service was Basic in Ft. Lenardwood, Mo.-Ft.Benning, GA.,to Kaiserslautern, Germany to complete My Tour of 3 years. Back to USA and airline Mech. School in Tulsa OK. for a year, on to Washington D.C. to work at Capitol Airlines until bought by United Airline. At Capitol Airlines I met Audrey Jane Ledergerber, my soon to be wife of 50 plus, and counting years. I changed vocations and learned the Concrete Construction Trade. Started as a Carpenter, to foreman, to Superintendent. Spent 45 years building everything from High Rise Office Buildings, Apartments, Hospitals, Warehouses, (including some at Dulles Airport), Churches,(including the Mormon Temple in Kensington MD.), and many, many more. Many were done in Washington D.C., some in VA. and MD. Some in Richmond VA., even a Parking Garage at the Norfolk, VA. Airport. In the meantime, "A.J.", my wife and I raised our 4 children, 3 sons and 1 daughter. They all married and went their way. Seems we now have 11 Grandchildren, and 5 Great Grandchildren. We retired in 2005, sold the house in Fairfax Va., bought a 40ft. Motor Home, traveled some and now live in Bailey CO. at our Daughter's. We are at 8700ft. elevation, clean clear air (a little thin),Beautiful Snow at times, Elk, Bear, Mule Deer, Fox, Mountain Lions, Blue Birds, Hummingbirds, often in the yard feeding. What more could a Man with a Loving Wife ask in life. Samuel Lee Rader #282. == Sources ==

I sent you a check-in message a week -10 days ago about the US Southern Colonies Project to ask you about your continued involvement but have not yet heard back from you. Do you still want to be in the project?
If I don’t hear from you by the same time next week I’ll assume that you’ve moved on to other things. After that time, the badge will be removed. Please remember you’re most welcome to re-join the project at any time.
Hoping to hear from you,
Best wishes,
Mary, Membership Coordinator, US Southern Colonies Project

I'm a bit confused as I thought your message was being sent to Samuel Rader. I am Daryl Seager, Samuel is a relative, but I haven't spoken with him in several years. I don't believe I signed up to help with the US Southern Colonies Project.
Thank you,
Daryl

I just did a bit of checking and it appears if you try to contact Samuel, it gives people my email address. I tried calling him, but no one answered. I do hope he is ok.
Thank you,
Daryl
