Born in Monroe County, Georgia, daughter of John Robinson Ralls, Jr. (1834-1880) and Martha "Minnie" Frances Bird (1837-1896). Married Robert Jackson Blalock in Monroe, Georgia in 1888. Buried at Elmwood Memorial Gardens in Columbia, South Carolina.
