Biography
Chief clerk at Hastings Post Office, previously of Carterton. He was a keen bowler.[1] He married Janet Hannah Dryden in 1892.[2] He left behind a widow and one daughter and two sons. Eldest son is Pvt Eric Ramsay who was serving in France when his father died.
