The will of Hannah White of Marshfield, widow, and relict of Cornelius White, was dated 10 September 1767 and proved on 2 March 1768 in Plymouth. She mentions her children, Lemuel White (executor), Cornelius White (executor), Paul White, Joanna, wife of Nathaniel Phillips (executor), Daniel White, Gideon White, Benjamin White, and her grandchildren, Lucy Young, wife of Ezekiel Young, Alice White (daughter of Cornelius), Hannah White (daughter of Paul), Joanna, wife of Thomas Turner, Abigail White (daughter of Daniel), Hannah White (daughter of Gideon), and Hannah White (daughter of Benjamin). Her inventory was taken on 3 March 1768 in Marshfield.
